Why care providers stay with us

Care recruitment that respects the work.

Care is hard. Vacancies feel personal. We treat every brief as if it were our own resident, our own service, our own CQC report.

Vetted, not just sourced

Enhanced DBS, right-to-work, references, training certificates, and motivation, all checked before a CV reaches your inbox. No noise.

Dementia-aware screening

Where the role calls for it, we test for dementia training, person-centred approach, and ability to handle distressed-behaviour scenarios calmly.

One named consultant

You will not be passed around the desk. The consultant who takes your brief is the one who shortlists, briefs candidates, and follows up after start day.

Replacement guarantee

Every placement carries a free replacement period. If a hire does not stick within the agreed window, we re-run the search at no charge.

5-7 day shortlist

Most permanent care briefs receive their first qualified shortlist within a week. Urgent registered-manager and dementia-lead roles move to the top.

Built for hires that stay

Care providers know the cost of churn. Our entire desk is geared toward placements still in seat at six months, with day-7 / day-30 / day-90 follow-ups built in.

How we work

From first call to first shift, taken seriously.

A clear three-step process. No drawn-out kick-offs, no dropped balls.

1

The brief, properly

A 30-45 minute briefing call. We capture the role, the residents or service users, the team mix, the must-have training, the salary band and the timeline. You get a written brief back to confirm.

2

Vetted, ranked shortlist

We approach our care network and active candidates, vet, interview, and rank. You receive a tight shortlist with our notes on training, salary expectations, and shift-pattern fit.

3

Offer support and onboarding

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offer pressure, line up the start date, and check in at day 7, 30 and 90 to make sure the placement is settling in.

Common questions

Questions care providers ask before working with us.

How quickly can you deliver a shortlist?
Most permanent care briefs receive their first shortlist within 5-7 working days. Senior or registered-manager roles may take a fortnight, but we will tell you upfront.
Do you check DBS, NMC and Skills for Care credentials?
Yes. Enhanced DBS, right-to-work, training certificates and (where relevant) NMC pin or Skills for Care Level 5 are all verified before a candidate is introduced. We do not send unchecked CVs.
What kinds of care services do you place into?
Care homes (residential and nursing), supported living services, learning disability and mental health support, domiciliary / home care branches, and end-of-life / palliative settings. We focus on permanent placements across all of these.
What does the replacement guarantee cover?
If a placed care worker leaves or is dismissed within the agreed window, we will source a free replacement. The window is usually 8-12 weeks for carers and seniors, longer for managers.
Are your fees percentage-based?
For permanent placements, yes, we work on a percentage of first-year base salary. The exact rate depends on level (carer / senior / manager) and is agreed in writing before any candidate is introduced.
What information do you need to start a search?
A job description (or rough notes), salary band, shift pattern expectations, start-date target, and one decision-maker we can speak to. We can build the rest of the brief on a 30-45 minute call.

Ready to fill that vacancy?
